I have been serving God as a pastor since 2007. As a church planter I have served in Malaysia for eight years and planted several churches there. Then I returned to Nepal which is my home nation with a vision to plant churches here also.
While I was in Malaysia, I attended bible college where I learnt traditional models for church planting, and I executed them to the best of my ability.
But everything changed when I returned to Nepal and was invited to become a part of the metamorphic community transformation training which taught church planting but with a different world view. What I discovered was that I had been planting churches with limitations. After I took part in the training, I realised that I could not only plant churches with an outward focus, but I could also lead and influence my community in a way that helped all people. I also learnt practical things such as how to run a business and budget correctly. In fact, at the end of this program, I had for the first time, a plan that would bring transformation.
As I considered this new way of thinking I realised that there were no limits other than those I allowed others to impose on me or those I put on myself. So now I am planting a Kingdom church in Kathmandu, Nepal and am facilitating the planting of hundreds of churches across the nation. My next level dream is to plant thousands of Kingdom churches across Nepal in partnership with metamorphic.
I can see what a difference we can make as we plant Kingdom churches and the transformation that takes place as we partner with others and allow God to be glorified in all we do.
Next is to begin planting churches in Bhutan and India and who knows what nation after that.
Thank you Jesus for connecting me with metamorphic.
